Sometimes we can find ourselves experiencing
difficult emotions and situations
In such times we can feel confused, isolated, overwhelmed and scared. Often the people we might usually turn to are unable to help us in the way that we need.
Taking the first steps towards accessing therapy to work through these issues can often feel difficult. I work in a way that acknowledges this difficulty and I endeavour to make this experience of beginning therapy comfortable and straightforward for you.
I provide a non-judgemental space in which issues can be explored and worked-through safely and am very experienced in working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and other areas.
